We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals as no uniform standard has been finalized. We do recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals — if detected, we will automatically apply your opt-out preference for sale or sharing of personal information.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, and other listed states may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of their personal information.

By accessing or using our Services you agree to these Terms. Users under 18 are prohibited from using the platform.

1. OUR SERVICES

Information provided through our Services is not intended for distribution in jurisdictions where it would violate law or require registration. The Services do not comply with industry-specific regulations such as HIPAA or FISMA.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Our intellectual property

StyGuide Inc owns all intellectual property rights in the Services, including source code, databases, software, designs, audio, visual content, text, and graphics. Content is provided "AS IS" for personal, non-commercial use only.

Your use of our Services

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services for personal use only. No commercial exploitation, copying, or redistribution is permitted without written permission. Contact info@styguide.com for alternative use requests.

Your submissions and contributions

By submitting feedback or posting contributions, you grant StyGuide Inc an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for any purpose. You are solely responsible for your contributions and any resulting losses from breach of these obligations.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using our Services you represent that your registration information is true and accurate, you have legal capacity to agree to these Terms, you are not a minor, and you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. USER REGISTRATION

You may be required to register. Passwords must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to remove usernames deemed inappropriate.

5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Stripe Connect. All payments are in US dollars. Sales tax will be added where required. We may correct pricing errors and reserve the right to refuse or limit orders.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Billing and Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled.

Free Trial: New users receive a 30-day free trial. Your plan is charged at the end of the trial.

Cancellation: Cancel by logging into your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. Email info@styguide.com with questions.

Fee Changes: We may modify subscription fees and will communicate changes in accordance with applicable law.

7. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use our Services to:

  • Systematically retrieve data or compile databases without permission
  • Deceive, mislead, or attempt to obtain sensitive information from other users
  • Circumvent security features or upload viruses or malicious code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others, including company employees
  • Use automated tools, spiders, scrapers, or data mining techniques
  • Impersonate other users or collect user information for unsolicited contact
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
  • Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

9. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

You may create and share content through our Services. By doing so, you represent that your content does not infringe third-party rights, is accurate and not misleading, is not obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable, and complies with all applicable law. Violations may result in termination of service access.

10. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

By posting contributions you grant StyGuide Inc an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for any purpose, including commercial purposes and derivative works. You waive all moral rights in your contributions.

11. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS

Reviews must be based on firsthand experience, must not contain offensive or discriminatory language, and must not constitute legal conclusions or false statements. We may accept, reject, or remove reviews at our discretion.

12. MOBILE APPLICATION LICENSE

You receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the app on your own devices. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the app. When obtained from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must comply with the respective platform's terms of service.

13. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and those sites' own terms apply.

14. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to monitor the Services for violations, take legal action against violators, remove excessive content, and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and proper functioning.

15. PRIVACY POLICY

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy (available via the link in the footer). Services are hosted in the United States.

16. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS

If you believe materials on the Service infringe your copyrights, notify us immediately using our contact information. You may be liable for material misrepresentations in notifications.

17. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Terms remain in effect while you use our Services. We may deny access, terminate accounts, or delete content at any time without warning. Upon termination you may not create a new account without our permission.

18. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove service content at any time without notice. We have no obligation to maintain or update the Services and are not liable for any interruptions or discontinuance.

19. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules. Arbitration will take place in Manatee County, Florida. No class action arbitration is permitted. Disputes must be commenced within one year of the cause of action arising.

Exceptions to arbitration include disputes involving intellectual property rights, theft, privacy invasion, or claims for injunctive relief.

21. DISCLAIMER

Services are provided "AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranties regarding accuracy or completeness of content.

22. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

StyGuide Inc and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data. Our liability is limited to amounts paid to us in the six months prior to the cause of action.

23. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold StyGuide Inc harmless from losses arising from your contributions, your use of the Services, breaches of these Terms, violations of third-party rights, or harmful acts toward other users.

24. USER DATA

You are solely responsible for all data you transmit through the Services. We have no liability for data loss or corruption and you waive any right of action against us for such losses.

25. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

Visiting our Services, sending emails, or completing forms constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, which satisfy any legal writing requirements.

26. CALIFORNIA USERS AND RESIDENTS

California residents may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing or by telephone.

27. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms and any policies incorporated herein constitute the entire agreement between you and StyGuide Inc. Our failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver. If any provision is found unlawful, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
